Tell us a bit about yourself, your home park and the content you make.
My name is Harry, I’m 19 years old and have been going to theme parks since I was about 3! My home park is Alton Towers, with it being about 50 minutes away, and you’ll catch me there pretty much whenever I’m free!
I make a variety of different content, some informative, some jokes, and even some challenges! I do both long-form and short-form content on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
When did you first get started creating? How old were you, and how did it all begin?
I’ve been making videos on and off since I was 12 years old in 2019. It’s always been a passion for me, and I can’t think of anything I enjoy more! I was inspired by Theme Park Worldwide originally and made vlogs similar to his, then in 2023 I changed my content to be faster-paced and more entertaining, taking inspiration from Digital Dan!
Wow, you're pretty much an OG already then! You’ve racked up a ridiculous number of coaster credits over the years. What’s your current total, and how many different theme parks have you visited?
Over the years I’ve managed to get up to 230 coaster credits which is absolutely insane, covering a lot of the UK, Europe and Florida! Nothing has topped my number 1 yet Velocicoaster. I’m not sure on the exact number of theme parks but it’s around the 50 mark.
What’s changed about the theme park and rollercoaster community since you first started making content all those years ago?
The community has changed MASSIVELY since 2019; it was very small back then and an extreme niche, especially in the UK. You had Theme Park Worldwide, and that was practically it, but over the years the community has grown and grown, especially with the rise of short-form content, where it’s now bigger than I’ve ever seen it.
Which other creators do you most look forward to watching?
I have a few favourite creators, one of them being Deezy Rides, a Florida-based TikToker that I tend to take a lot of inspiration from. Another being Coastertog of course; he never misses with his vids. But I love to support smaller creators too and try to help get their names out there!
What’s the piece of content you've produced that you’re most proud of?
I’m proud of a lot of my videos, and I do believe they’re improving in quality as time passes. I’ve just completed my Florida series, and I’m extremely proud of all those videos!
You go by Dysonn Rides, but that’s not actually your name! Where did that name come from, and how did it all come about?
So my full name is Harry Dyson, but Harry is definitely a common name so I used my surname for the account to stand out from the rest! I used to be known as ‘UK Coasters and Rides’ however, it was a bit of a mouthful, and I wanted to make content outside of the UK too.
What’s been your personal highlight of the 2026 theme park season?
My personal highlight of the 2026 season has to be Alton Towers Scarefest. Every single day I’m free, I’ve been there; it’s been absolutely fantastic, and I’m so sad it’s over.

What’s your go-to garage snack after a long day at a theme park?
After a long day at a theme park, you will catch me with a McDonald's if there’s one nearby! But if it had to be from a garage, I’d say salt and vinegar Pringles with a Dr Pepper.
If you had to wear merchandise from one roller coaster for an entire year to win a £1 million bet, which ride are you choosing?
For the merch bet, I would wear The Ride To Happiness merch; it’s classy but expensive too. It’s very rare to catch me in theme park merch, so that would be a very difficult bet!
What’s the best experience you've ever had riding a roller coaster?
I have 2 best experiences of a coaster, one being Hyperia’s opening day night ride, with atmosphere in the queue, station, and on the ride being unbelievable and truly a highlight of my life. The other being one of my night rides on Velocicoaster, solidifying it as my number 1 coaster in the world!
