It is the crown jewel of UK launch coasters, and now Stealth is hitting the two-decade mark.
To celebrate, Thorpe Park is holding an ultra-exclusive, one-night-only event on Monday September 28th — bringing together two hours of exclusive night riding, a celebration of Stealth's engineering history, and the chance to get your hands on a seriously rare piece of coaster memorabilia.
NIGHT RIDES HIT DIFFERENT
There is something about riding Stealth after dark. With the lights fading around you, there is nothing but the launch, the climb and that huge 205-foot top hat looming above the park.
For one night only, attendees will get a dedicated 18:00–20:00 night-riding window, giving you two full hours of private track time once darkness has arrived. And let's be honest — if you've ever wanted to experience Stealth at its most intense, this is probably about as good as it gets.
The event costs just £10 per person, although capacity is extremely limited. There will also be pizza available to purchase on site, alongside exclusive event merchandise discounts throughout the evening.

But the night isn't just about riding.
Thorpe Park is decommissioning and cutting up a genuine Stealth launch cable, with exactly 205 individually numbered pieces being made available — one for every foot of the ride's famous top hat.
This could be the ultimate Stealth collector's piece.
- Standard cable price: £250 each
- Gold & Platinum Annual Pass price: £205 each
- Event ticket: your £10 event ticket will be fully deducted from the cable price if you purchase one on the night
- Prize draw: anyone attending with an event ticket who doesn't manage to secure a cable will automatically be entered into a draw for the chance to win one
With only 205 pieces being produced, these are unlikely to hang around for long.
